As an amateur photographer I am striving to capture the atmosphere, the feeling of a subject. I am drawn to the forms of nature, the fluid lines and shapes that it forms, and I try to represent those through impressions and abstract compositions. My influences are elemental; the rock, the water and air around us. The patterns and shapes and interactions with humankind. Those who write, draw and capture the atmosphere of nature are all friends to me. If I can pass on that ambience, the tone that I experienced, I will be happy.
